Yoga for Osteoporosis is a practice of simple yoga poses developed by Dr. Loren M. Fishman that has been shown to significantly improve bone mineral density in women with both osteopenia and osteoporosis, without the use of medication. This program can be adapted for all levels, either in-person or virtually.
Pelvic Floor Yoga and Pilates improves pelvic floor tone and core stability. Our plan is created based on your individual needs and goals.
