Body Ready Method® is based on a 5 pillar system that prepares your body for all types of birth during pregnancy. You’ll learn intentional movement practices designed to help minimize common complaints of pregnancy and prepare for a more easeful birth and recovery.

Prenatal Yoga has been shown to improve the strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth, as well as provide tools to reduce stress and anxiety. 

Postpartum we offer clear steps to assist recovery as soon as baby is born by restoring core and pelvic floor function and regaining strength and mobility quickly and safely.
